APRIL 9-MAY 14 Homeschool Mixed-Media: All Ages, Ages 5 & Older

6-Week Session. Tuesdays (10 to 11:30 AM)

Dates: Tuesdays; APRIL 9, 16, 23, 30; MAY 7, 14

Session Fee:  $155 (includes all art supplies)

About the Class:  During the 1.5 hour class, students will learn new skills and techniques, while creating a piece of art around a specific theme. The term "mixed-media" means a variety of materials will be used.  Our homeschool sessions emphasize art education.  Students will learn about famous artists, diffferent artistic styles, and famous works of art through our lessons.  They will also learn about art’s importance to cultures all over the world.  There will be painting, sculpting, and drawing in each 6-week session. 

Each class is taught by an experienced fine arts teacher.  1020 Artworks Studio is run by Rebecca Frausto and Marsha Jenkins, a mother/daughter team who have over 30 years of art teaching experience combined.  At our studio, it is our goal for each…
